Founded by Composer/Multi-instrumentalist Gabriel Sundy, Nexus 4000 is San Diego-based band that performs music that is comparable to the progressive rock and jazz-fusion of the 1960’s and 70’s. The music is a synthesis of psychedelic and prog rock sensibilities with an underlying foundation of improvisation and harmony that is characteristic of music from modern jazz traditions.
